Our CSA 2011 is almost here!

There is still room to join the Svetec Farms CSA! 

 

As promised, here is some news to keep you informed about the exciting farm season ahead of us at Svetec Farms.  This past winter has been a very busy one here at Svetec Farms.  Two new greenhouses have been erected in order to produce an eartlier crop of vegetables for our CSA customers.  A new cooler is being built (thanks Empire Farms!) for better post-harvest handling, and we are still searching for a cu...

We hope you are enjoying this sunny weather as much as Paul is, as he harvests our 165 acres of grain corn with a great big smile on his face!Smile emoticon
 
We have just "processed" sixty fresh young chickens, and are happy to share them with you. If you'd like some chicken, please come visit! We have heard great reports about their delicious taste, and in fact, it is the ultimate dinner for our guests when we serve one of our fresh chickens.
